Music Together® Absence & Cancellation Policy
Absences
Two absences are eligible for make-up for Mixed Age Music Together Classes. A make-up class must be done in the same session as the absence. (Music Together Generation classes are excluded from any make-up.)

Makeup lessons should be scheduled by calling 608.232.1510 or emailing info@monroestreetarts.org to ensure there is space in the makeup class. In the event of inclement weather, lessons may be conducted virtually or a credit may be issued based on the instructor’s availability.
Cancellations
Cancellation 14 days or more prior to the start of classes: full refund (less 20% administrative fee).
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the start of classes: 50% refund.
Cancellation on or after the start date of classes: NO REFUND.

Tuition
10-week session is $170 [Sibling discount: 1st sibling is an additional $70, 2nd sibling and if the sibling is 6 months or younger-free]
6-week session is $119 [Sibling discount: 1st sibling is an additional $60, 2nd sibling and if the sibling is 6 months or younger-free]
3-week session is $50 [Sibling discount: 1st sibling is an additional $36, 2nd sibling and if the sibling is 6 months or younger-free]
*Session fee includes $40 material fee for 6 and 10-week sessions
Late Fees
Outstanding invoices will have a $10 late fee applied if not paid by the 15th of each month.
